Can anyone provide advice on requirements for early loan payoff? Question 1: if a customer’s payoff is $1,050.00 and they pay $1,060.00-are we allowed to keep the full $10.00? Question 2: Keep any funds as long as the overage does not exceed 7 days of interest. Question 3: is there a cap on the overage amount we are allowed to keep? Thank you!

1026.11 and 1026.21 - Anything over $1.00 has to be given back to the consumer on any open-end or closed-end loan subject to Regulation Z.
