We are doing a loan secured by a commercial building that is in the flood zone and some equipment. What we are taking as far as "equipment" goes is a log trailer, three commercial trucks and forklift. The log truck and trailer will be on the road the majority of the time and only stored at the building when not in use.

Is flood insurance required for that type of equipment? Will content coverage cover it? I cannot find anything that supports that it will.
