Are you providing your Servicing Transfer Notice in your closing doc package or at least 15 days before servicing is transferred? Currently, we are providing our servicing transfer at closing, but then the first statement (or possibly first and second) come from us and are payable to us. Are there any potential issues with this?

Since you have to include the effective date of the transfer of servicing - is that being properly disclosed? If they have to make two payments to you, I can see however where it might be confusing for the customer.
