For purposes of LAR entry, does use of the 1004c appraisal form, which is for manufactured housing, automatically indicate Direct Land Ownership?

I don't think it is an automatic, it will be based on how this question is answered: Property Rights Appraised: 1) Fee Simple 2) Leasehold and 3) Other (describe).
