Just want to verify that Fair Housing Act does not have an out on using the "Equal Housing Lender" in an ad due to length like the FDIC logo advertising rules do for radio ads less than 30 seconds (328.3(d)(8)). The ads will be short 5 seconds and something like "Find your dream home? Mortgages by ..... can make that dream come true." Before I tell our Marketing department that they need to add "Equal Housing Lender" to the end of the ad I wanted to make sure I had not missed anything. (I don't think I have as I have read the Fair Housing Act advertising section, the FDIC compliance manual and other resources. I believe it is required but want to double make sure.)
