Hi all,
I'm just wondering where I can find a plain English explanation of loans that are exempt from Reg O. I think my brain can't process reading the Reg or I just am not looking in the right place. Anything helps! I've tried searching threads too but apparently my skills are lacking there as well.

Well, I beg to differ a little. If you are referring to the loan types listed in 215.4(d)(3), those loans are not exempt from Regulation O. They are exempt from the aggregate lending limits, but not exempt from preapproval or preferential terms. etc.
