We have a customer who died in October 2018. There is currently still funds in the account. In January we received a levy for this customer. Should we submit the funds in response to the levy or do we not submit the funds since the customer has died?

The money belongs to the estate. Typically, they would have to go after the estate, but without knowing more details on the type of levy, you should consult your legal counsel.
