Having searched on the CFPB website, I have been unable to locate the HMDA Disclosure Reports. Only the LAR appears available. Does anyone know if the 2017 HMDA Disclosure Reports are available?

Do we have to put all of the disclosure reports in the CRA public file or is there a main one that can be used. In the past, I have used CRA Wiz and obtaining the reports was easier there than getting them from the CFPB. Any suggestions?

You no longer have to keep the reports in the CRA file.

After looking at the data from the CFPB for 2017, is there an IRS report that totals the number of LARs by MSA/MD?

The website shows the data by MSA/MD.
