Please move if not in correct forum:

Does anyone use the "Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act" form that has been published by the CFPB? If so, when would you use it?

When you provide a copy of the credit report to an employment applicant - which should be automatically included by the credit bureaus with the credit report when you order an employment credit report.

For production and delivery to employers, the Bureau estimates minimal additional costs under the interim final rule. Under the FCRA, employers must be provided a copy of the Summary of Consumer Rights disclosure by a consumer reporting agency before the consumer reporting agency furnishes a consumer report for employment purposes, unless the consumer reporting agency already provided a copy of the disclosure to that employer.
