We have several organizations that bank with us like Catholic Churches, girl scout troops etc that share the same parent EIN, but have many different chapters for each town, each congregation, etc.
Now these organizations don't have a common hierarchy, so it's difficult for them to get a common "controller", and when someone from another town comes in to open a new account, should we just list the individual in front of us as the controller?

Has anyone else had this happen or can you steer me in some guidance I may have missed?

Are the organizations registered with the State Corporation Commission?

CORRECT- YES I SEE THEM AS A DOMESTIC NOT FOR PROFIT AND CHARITABLE GROUP.
