Received documents for a customer to transfer their accounts to a living trust account using their SS# - they have two checking accounts - one is in their names and the other is in a non interest business account with its own EIN - can the business account be put in a trust or does the business account go away and becomes a trust account and no checks payable to the business account can be accepted in the trust account

ok, I'm don't know anything about investments or trading -there was an ACH deposit to their account from OANDA Corporation FX Trade and Deposit

I am confused. What does an ACH deposit have to do with them having a business? Who was the payee on the ACH transaction? That is a foreign exchange trader.
