For accounts opened online through our website, we provide separate disclosures for truth in savings, EFT, Privacy, etc. Our systems require customers to open each disclosure link before proceeding with the opening process. Customers continue to complain about this and I am wondering if there is anything stopping us from using a simple "I have read checkbox". The disclosures will still be clear and printable for those who actually read them. Is there anything I'm missing that requires us to prove they opened a disclosure?
