Does a land trust qualify as a business trust for beneficial ownership purposes? For instance if the customer were "1313 Mockingbird Lane Holding Trust"

Is it registered as an entity in the State of Texas? A land trust could be similar to a non-profit corporation or just a manner of holding real property.
