If we become aware a bank customer has become unemployed but is not yet late on any payments on their credit card account, can we:
1) Suspend the limit?
2) Close the card completely and put any remaining balance into repayment status?

I can't find where the regulations speak to this scenario. They speak to a borrower rejecting a change in terms but I don't find anything referencing suspension prior to delinquency. If you can point me in the right direction of the regulatory citations it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!!
