How are you securing your interest as the Loss Payee/Mortgagee on an RCBAP policy?

What interest? You cannot be added as a mortgagee on a RCBAP.

In talking with a couple other lenders, they require an Acord showing them as a certificate holder. This would only ensure the lender was notified in case of cancellation or expiration of the RCBAP policy. I don't see that it would serve any other purpose.
