There's a note in the BOL list of regs that "Effective January 1, 2019, Appendix A to Part 1003 will be removed and reserved." What do we use instead for the "Form and Instructions for Completion of HMDA Loan Application Register"?

I believe you could also use this user friendly chart with links to the regs and commentary. the effective date is 1-1-19.
