Hello, if we have a loan that will not involve a title company do we still need to list the title company or a title company on the closing disclosure?

Thank you!

If no title company charges are involved then why would you disclosed a settlement service provider that was not involved in the transaction?

OK
If there's no title company involved in the loan, what else can you do?

But the question isn't about the SSPL. It's about the closing disclosure, and, as others have pointed out, probably involves the "Settlement Agent" contact info that's required on page 5. That column isn't completed if there is no settlement agent.
