I must be missing something somewhere, because with all the looking I've done, I cannot find anything that states Sole Proprietorships accounts in Massachusetts may have a beneficiary on their account. HELP confused

A sole proprietorship only consists of an assumed name certificate. It otherwise is just an account of an individual.
