LO went to closing today and the name of the seller went from Jane Doe to Jane Doe Family Trust. Title Commitment came in Jane Doe's name so it was a surprise that the name was different. Our CD now does not match the title companies. Is this just considered a clerical error and then we can send out a corrected CD?
