Does Kentucky have any statute for a bank to charge a fee to the customer for garnishment processing? Also, can you collect that fee before holding funds for the garnishment? The purpose is to stop doing all that work and send in $1.75. I know we can collect a $20 fee prior to sending a Kentucky tax levy. Our current garnishment fee is $100. Thanks!
