If a policy does Not contain the statement “This policy meets the definition of private flood insurance contained in...", are we required to review the policy to verify if it actually does meet the definition of private flood insurance? Or can we deny it?

Thanks in advance!

If it has the compliance aid statement, then you are done. If it does not, then the policy has to be analyzed. If it meets the requirements, you must accept it. If it does not, then acceptance is optional.
