I need to create RESPA Section 8 monitoring procedures for real estate management. Does anyone have a process/checklist they would be willing to share?

Look at v-3.43 of the FDIC exam procedures here: https://www.fdic.gov/regulations/compliance/manual/5/v-3.1.pdf. The CFPB procedures are almost (if not) identical and found on PDF p59 (24-26 of "Procedures 6") here: https://files.consumerfinance.gov/f/2015...edures-act.pdf.
