We have converted from a federal charter to NYS charter. Who do you list as the agency to contact on your Equal Housing Lender posters and your adverse action notices?

Are you a member or non-member bank? Who is your new primary regulator?

Randy, our primary regulator is NCUA (for credit unions). I read somewhere that the agency listed on these items has to change. Appendix A of Reg. B say NCUA is only for Federal CUs; #9 says Retailers, Finance Companies, and All Other Creditors Not Listed Above: FTC Regional Office for region in which the creditor operates or Federal Trade Commission, Equal Credit Opportunity, Washington, DC 20580 but there is no street address for Washington like there is now for NCUA on the AAN. Do we have to list a street?
Since we are no longer subject to NCUA's anti-discrimination provision of its regulation, I can't find which agency is to be listed on the EHL poster.

Anyone care to weigh in?

FTC on the AAN - You will have to look at your State CU law for the EHL poster requirements. Call your State regulator and ask them.
