I have a business account with two signers. The signers have started altering the way that they conduct their transactions to a point where structuring might be involved. Am I correct in my belief that I would list the two signers as the suspects-- or do I need to list the business (one of the suspects is the business owner). This is not a sole prop.

Thanks in advance.

List both signers as the suspects because in your post you mentioned that they were both doing suspicious activity.
