I'm confused. Unless the units are condos, aren't rentals in one building counted as one multi-family not each unit seperately?

What about Assisted Living Facilities? 1 building with 12 rooms, 15 beds. Would you count it as 1 unit (for the 1 building) or 12 for the number of rooms?

"15 beds" sounds more like a Skilled Nursing Facility. If it is assisted living, then I'd treat it like an apartment complex.

It's an Assisted Living Facility. It has 9 individual rooms and 3 semi-private rooms, hence the 15 beds. So I would say 12 units.
