Okay, please be patient. ACH is not my area of expertise...Operation's Officer says currently after 5 on Friday, Monday's ACH deposit is available thru ATM and POS, but nowhere else.(Not sure why.) We are changing to make Monday's ACH available thru all channels after 5 on Friday. Do we need to send notice to customer? Since a favorable term, I think if notice is necessary, we can send within 30 days after change. Anything else to consider?
