Does anybody know of any states that have specified timelines for consumer complaint responses? I'm comparing them against the broader RESPA rules for response times to consumer responses and requests for information, in case it is not clear whether a specific consumer inquiry is considered a request for information vs. a complain- and trying to find if there are any states that are more stringent.

I don't know of any state specific rules, but that is only for Western States, excluding California.
