I am researching expansion for our bank. I need information on branching, pruchasing an existing bank, and opening LPO/DPO. I am researching costs, benefits, pitfalls, and the whole nine yards. Anyone have any good sources for me? I would really appreciate any information.

ABA has a due diligence manual for bank mergers and acquisitions that might be helpful.
