Can a trust be the POD beneficiary on bank accounts? And the accounts also have a POA named?

We do allow a trust to be named as a beneficiary on the account.

Assuming this is an individual account, we would have no problem having a POA for the individual and then a POD that is a trust when the individual dies. Don't forget that the POD does not then own the account, only the funds in the account, cut the POD a check and close the account.
