We currently only disclose in one language - English. We recently changed ATM vendors and have discovered that the ATM screens can be in either English or Spanish by the users choice. Does having this bring us into the realm of having to make disclosures, advertising, etc. in Spanish?

I found out our ATMS offer this option as well....I advised only to put the ATM disclosure required on the screen prior to deposits to be in both languages....

Anyone else do anything more than that?
