Can anyone share verbiage from their ACH policy regarding Same DAY ACH rule changes?

our policy on ACH deals solely with origination exposure limits, and it makes no mention of rule changes at all. What are you trying to accomplish here?

Simply make your policy say "we follow regulatory and NACHA operating rule" and you are covered
