First question, has anyone noticed a lack of responsiveness from the FRC@fincen.gov? Previously, I would at least receive a notification that they received my email. I have received nothing of the sort and I have emailed them two days in a row. Anyone else having experiences?

My second question, I have an organization, the farmers dairy board committee. They belong to the state dairy board federation. All of the correspondence is mailed to the state dairy board federation in a different city. ABC accounting firm takes care of all of the financial detail for this the farmers dairy board committee. We just had our annual county fair and the farmers dairy board committee brought in a robust amount of cash and dropped it through the night drop. Which address would you report for the farmers dairy board committee?
The state dairy board federation address?
The ABC accounting firm address?
The address of the county fair where the cash was obtained?

If it was me, I'd probably use the State Dairy Board address. It's a committee of that board and that's where the mail goes, it seems to me that that's where the customer is "located." That is, unless you have a physical address captured in CIP or sometime thereafter that differs from the mailing address.

The purpose of the address is to provide law enforcement with a way to contact the customer or investigate. If they take a drive over to the fairgrounds in the winter, I'm thinking that may not contribute much to the investigation. I agree with ColoradoAML.

I sent a question in on behalf of one of my clients Tuesday morning and received a call back from the help desk later the same day.
