Working on a SAR. Individual attempted new account fraud through our call center.

Is this branch activity? I am thinking not-- even though our call center has a defined address, branch activity to me indicates that we saw the individual in person. We never dealt with the subject in person, so I am inclined to not check the branch activity box.

Thoughts?

I would agree that the attempted fraud did not occur at a branch.
