No souse meat for you!
Souse meat a/k/a hogs head cheese....is made of cow's face or heel, chicken feet or pig's face, shoulder, feet or knuckle.
A friend of mine grew up with hogs...they were dirt poor...Mom wasted nothing and to this day said friend likes souse meat...my son and I used to laugh at it/make fun of it in the grocery store because it had 'hog noses' in it. When we were farming Indian Corn on their SE GA farm, she offered us some...of course we were like NO...she was highly and unmistakenly insulted that we snubbed it. Oops!

I've only known one woman named Dorcas, and believe it or not her last name was Reilly! I don't recall anyone making fun of her name....at least she was never confused with anyone else (except, of course now, the soup Dorcas)!

glad I live up north where there are few scary spiders but the hobos her are more of a problem some are huge and the smell is something else..
