If the 92900A did not generate with initial docs, and now after closing it is needed - what are the steps to remedy this? Could one still be signed?

It is a form that accompanies the 1003/LE on VA/FHA loans.

You need to ask your investor or the VA as to what would be acceptable.

Ah-haaa….we don't deal with VA/FHA loans so I had no idea what the form was.
