No summer vacation due to the kids' activites. Counting the days to our (no kids) Hawaii trip in November.

We booked a rental house and airline tickets to Maine (and more specifically the Acadia National Park area) for late summer with our kids and grandson last weekend!

I've been to Acadia, Island. It was gorgeous. Will you be taking a whale watching tour (I highly recommend)?

No summer plans for me.

Way, way south.
I work remotely so in the summer we go to visit family in KY and PA and I work from there for a month or two. Allows my son to get some solid family time with is grand parents, cousins, aunts and uncles. This year we're going to Chicago over July 4th for some friends 20 year anniversary so that should be fun. I think we'll do some weekend trips to Lego Land and Disney or Universal for our son, but probably will take a cruise in October or November.

we're doing a family trip to Yellowstone, the wife found a cabin on a huge ranch on VRBO to stay at. Plus the in-laws own a brewery near where we're staying. Should be a good time!

We are road tripping from WA state to San Antonio, TX with stops in Idaho, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico. Fortunately, we will have a motorhome, so it should be a little better than traveling in a car.

Going to Oshkosh, Wisconsin to camp with my wife beside our airplane at EAA Airventure 2019. A full week of aviation immersion - what could be better?

My wife & I are spending a few days with some friends in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. One day will include a float trip (trout fishing) on the Delaware River.

Later this summer, we're driving from Nebraska to Glacier National Park in Montana. We'll spend 4 days in the park. On the way to or from we'll also see The Little Bighorn battlefield (Custer's last stand), Yellowstone, and many other beautiful things along the way.

We are headed to Whitefish Montana early in August for a wedding, spending a couple days in that area, a night in Glacier National Park and then heading up to Banff for four days.

I was planning on going to Vegas in July for the World Series of Poker, but I just got a jury summons that runs from July - Sept. I don't think wanting to go gamble is a permissible excuse for dismissal crazy

I'm going to play in some of the events. Definitely not the Main Event (the $10,000 buy-in is a bit rich for my blood). I'll play in some of the smaller events in the $500 - $1500 buy-in range and hope to cash in at least one to make money or at least come out even.

TMatt87, that's pretty cool. I play it on my phone a decent amount, but when I get a nice size wallet I invariably put a large bet on getting that last card for my flush, and I flush my wallet down the tubes, ugh.
