If we have an application for a mobile home loan without land and the application is withdrawn, are we required to send the applicant the credit score disclosure and NHLA?
I think all of this still applies. The NHLA requirements only apply to residential real property.
Even if the 609(g) NHLA requirements don't apply, you might still owe them the credit score disclosures depending on if you use risk based pricing and if you use the exception notice. If you do both, then the credit score disclosures would be required under 1022.74 regardless of the applicability of 609(g).
