We are wanting to implement a process that allows our customers to have the CSR complete the information on the core system to setup the mobile banking app for the customers phone. That way the customer can download the app and start using it right away. Is there any guidance for this type of process? Would the customer need to sign anything allowing this or could this just be part of the account setup process?

Does this mean the bank is completing setup of something requiring E-SIGN disclosures and demonstrable consent? I'm unsure what the app will do.
