I searched the CFPB Web site and came up empty handed. The only links I'm coming up with are to the April 28, 2016 version. Apparently I missed these amendments. Could someone please provide me a link to the amendments so I can see what I missed? Thanks.

Are you talking about the amendments to the SAFE Act made by S.2155? I don't know if the CFPB made any amendments to the reg. I can't find it if they did. You'd think they would have...

I am not sure those amendments really impact a bank. That is concerning a Federally licensed MLO (bank MLO) moving to a State license (mortgage company).
