We recently closed our only branch located in a MSA. Am I correct in my reading of the regulation that 2019 will be the last year that we will report HMDA data for? I just want to confirm before I get everyone excited.

Correct. You are only be required to report if on the preceding December 31, you had a home or branch office in an MSA.
