The LO forgot to disclose the MI (mortgage insurance) dollar figure on the initial LE. The borrower did get a PMI disclosure with the initial disclosures so he knows that he has MI but the monthly premium was not shown on the LE. What can we do from here/ Can we just resend the LE? Thanks!

There is no regulatory cure for this oversight. You have a good faith disclosure violation and it is going to be a business decision as to how to cure based on any potential UDAAP citation.
