Is this a requirement that the FDIC logo tint is inside the envelopes we use to mail our customer's statement and notices? Or is this a best practice for security? All I see is under FDIC advertisement in the regulation for this as stationary and not required. 328.3 - Thanks!

You mean you use it as a security feature inside the envelopes so that they are not transparent? No requirement for that to be an FDIC logo. You have a good stationary sales person I would guess.

Not a requirement that your stationery have that feature.
