I am struggling with a donation to an organization that works with the homeless, they want to provide funds for an eviction prevention program. the funds will help LMI by paying rent or expenses to keep them in safe and affordable housing . I was really trying to qualify it as an affordable housing grant. It seems like the affordable housing is skewed towards financing the the building.


Anyone have ideas?

It seems you have a grant for supportive housing, which is closer to the category of community services to LMI, rather than affordable housing - just my opinion....
