What is the industry average percentage of bank customers using online services?

I've seen numbers all over the place, some banks are as low as 3% and others as high as 80%. I've seen 10% adoption mentioned as good/average and 20% mentioned as a good number to shoot for.

I'll look some more, but I don't see an actual "standard" for us to shoot for. If I find anything else, I'll post it here.
