We just started using IDology for KYC on digital channel applicants for new accounts. On our adverse action notices, IDology told us to list LexisNexis website and address for customers disputing their public data. Our compliance folks say we cant list LexisNexis since our contract is with IDology, but they get their data from LexisNexis. IDology isn't a credit reporting agency. Any thoughts on this?
