We were alerted through out ATM software that a customer is running ATM ACH settlements through our bank. The customer does not get cash from us to replenish the ATMs; we believe he has a third party provider for the cash services. Trying to decide where to start with my questions and due diligence. This is unlike our other smaller POATM customers. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Call the customer and tell them you need their entire banking relationship or none of it, if you don't have it all. If you have it all, then ask them to explain where the cash is coming from. Then make your decision on whether to keep them as a customer.
