This week my bank discovered that on our HELOC disclosures the computer was disclosing our bank's base rate as the index as opposed to the Wall Street Journal that it should be disclosing. Coincidently our base rate is always the same as the WSJ rate. The computer people at (XYZ) company said that was caused by a computer glich in their system and we needed to rebuild our adjustable rate products in the system. My question is do we need to send a change in terms to all of the customers affected (300)or since this error was a "bona fide" computer system problem can we aviod it.

Any advice would be appreciated,
