A trustee of a family trust withdrew money from the trust account over $10,000 - the trust has its own EIN - how would this CTR be filed

Given the fiduciary relationship, we assume the trustee completed the transaction on behalf of the trust unless we have information leading us to believe it was done on his own behalf and on behalf of the trust.

Either way, you'll identify the conductor of the transaction and the trust.

would we enter the account number and cash amount for the trustee also, or just for the trust
