I've reviewed the MLA Website User Guide from Dec 17th including FAQs. FAQ #31 states an account is not required if I only need to access information on one individual at a time. Has anyone found a way to obtain information on one individual without setting up an account?

Replace FAQs with MLA User Guide page 7 in the previous response. Sorry! We haven't been able to get records without a login (and we have tried :)). Such a pain.

Erased my response. Post-Christmas brain! I meant to say that the MLA User Guide specifically says that a login is required even for single record requests (on page 7).
