Can someone please help me understand applicability of state-specific SCRA benefits for OH borrowers?
For example: If a borrower's current duty station is in Cincinnati, OH, but the address they use for their residence is in Kentucky, is a creditor required to apply the limitation on interest rate?
The letter of the law does not appear to be clear to me. My guess to the question above is Yes, but I'm uncertain.
Any help/insight/guidance is greatly appreciated.
